Elevenses!Elevenses!
The opening for the Journey Through Bookland show was a lot of fun. Julianna has the scoop on how it all went down.

Which brings me to the show opening this Friday in Honolulu. It is called "Elevenses" and I couldn't be prouder to be a part of it. There are so many talented people involved (well, ten anyway); ladies and gentlemen I've been following for quite some time. It's very inspiring. I am unable to attend, but perhaps you are slightly more capable?

Pie always was my favorite dessert, humble or otherwise. Really though, I'm just calling them like I see them. It's not as though my work is bad, I just understand when other people's work is better.

And I sincerely hope it's not an omen!

I'm not one of the people I mentioned, but I will concede to a certain amount of talent.

And I was planning on syphoning all the money from your account so I could buy a plane ticket and attend; but now that my plan is revealed I guess I can't go through with it. Thanks for ruining TWO surprises, Ian.
